Weight loss through denial

Good afternoon all!I just wanted to post here to hold myself accountable. A few months ago, someone posted about using edging and denial as a weight loss technique and I can’t stop thinking about it. I’ve decided to try.While I can’t seem to find her post, I’ve come up with my own plan:5 edges per day base, minimum1 edge per 50 calories over daily limit (1250)Punishment for any weight gained, asking on RedditMust workout daily – if skipped, 10 extra edges to be addedmust drink 80 ounces of water a day, 1 edge per 10 ounces missed (rounded up)If I lose 5 pounds in a week, I get to ruin on Saturday.If I don’t, I will seek out a punishment.True orgasm at 20 pound marker (then the process starts again)This piggy is over 300 pounds, so this process will take a few years (and get longer as i lose weight), but I am ready for it.
